Payment & Reservations

All reservations with Toronto Pearson Airport Limousine require a valid credit card to secure your booking. Full prepayment is processed at the time of booking—our chauffeurs do not accept cash or card payments in the vehicle. A digital receipt will be emailed upon payment confirmation.

Taxes & Fees:

• All rates are subject to an additional 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax).
• Gratuity:
  • 15% for sedans & SUVs
  • 20% for stretch limousines & sprinter vans
• Cross-border trips to/from Buffalo/Detroit incur a $10 border toll fee.
• Child safety seats (infant/toddler/booster) are available for $10 each.

Additional Charges

Extra Stops:

• Sedans/SUVs: $15 + tax
• Sprinter Vans (9-14 passengers): $25 + tax
• Stretch Limousines: $50 + tax

Note: Fees increase if stops deviate from the direct route.

Tolls & Airport Fees:

• Highway 407 ETR: Charged at current toll rates.
• Pearson Airport Pickup Fees (set by airport authorities):
  • Sedans/SUVs: $15
  • Sprinters/Stretch Limos: $27
  • Mini-Buses (13-25 seats): $50
  • Limo Coaches (up to 40 passengers): $60

Service Policies

Authorization:

By booking, you authorize Toronto Pearson Airport Limousine to charge your card for all services rendered, including potential fees for:

• Extra stops, waiting time, or route changes
• Toll roads, parking, or last-minute upgrades

A signed Credit Card Authorization Form may be required for certain trips.

Border Crossings:

Clients are solely responsible for required travel documents. We are not liable for delays or denials by border authorities.

Lost Items:

Check your belongings before exiting the vehicle. Recovery of lost items incurs a delivery/shipping fee.

Vehicle Cleanliness & Damage:

• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol permitted. Violations terminate service without refund.
• Cleaning fees apply for spills, illness, or pet accidents (see Pet Policy below).
• Food/drinks are discouraged; messes incur cleaning fees + lost revenue compensation.

Pets:

• Service animals are welcome at no extra charge.
• Pets require advance notice and must be in a secure carrier. Damage fees may apply.

Cancellations & Changes

• 24+ hours notice: No fee for cancellations; $20 admin fee for bookings made 8+ weeks in advance.
• <24 hours notice:
  • 50% of base fare + tax for cancellations.
  • 25% of base fare + tax for rescheduling.
• Limos/Sprinters/Buses:
  • $50 non-refundable fee if cancelled >24 hours prior.
  • 50% charge for cancellations 12–24 hours before pickup.
  • No refunds within 12 hours.

No-Show Policy:

• Airport pickups: 30-minute grace period after landing.
• Non-airport pickups: 30-minute wait time ($15/15 mins after grace period).

Final Notes

• Prices may adjust due to fuel surcharges, weather (e.g., SUV upgrades for snow), or route changes.
• Vehicle size is not guaranteed—your return trip may use a different vehicle than the outbound journey.
• Verify booking details (pickup time, address, flight #) upon confirmation. Dispatched rides are non-refundable.
